Located in Columbus, Indiana, SII is well situated to provide cost-effective options to patients in Southern Indiana. Although the bulk of their patients and medical and health care partners are in Bartholomew and surrounding counties, they have service capabilities to most all other counties in the region.
The new specialty pharmacy is equipped to serve thousands living with challenging health conditions that are best treated by the infusion method.
Only the most qualified and best trained people get to work at SII. Because we provide the option to customize care, we insist that everyone employed by SII be incorporated into our ongoing evaluation process. Providing continuous quality care is paramount to all we do.
All FDA requirements are met or exceeded and our records and data systems are always up to date. Safety and security methods are always being tested and evaluated throughout the facility.
Patient and care giver educational training by licensed healthcare professionals are important parts of long term success. As demand increases for alternative site infusion therapy, where medications are dispensed and administered by continuous intermittent infusion, more training and better educational materials and programs will be developed and made available by SII.
It is a proven fact that patients do better when they can receive in-home infusion therapy. Providing this lower cost alternative is why SII invested so much time and money into its new facility located in Doctor’s Park in Columbus, Indiana.
Southern Indiana Infusion Facility
All infusion therapies are prepared in our new, ISO Class 7 cleanroom. This room meets and/or exceeds Chapter 797 requirements and is considered to be the best equipped between Indianapolis and Louisville.
